“Mandatory health insurance?” A Dragon in Sheep’s Clothing. July 3rd, 2009: “If they will be fined when the healthcare system learns they are uninsured, why would anyone who cannot afford health insurance ever go to a doctor? So really, the problem of folks without health insurance is not fixed by a mandate.”
