Issue Report: Withdrawing from Iraq

Support

“While its proven oil reserves of 112 billion barrels ranks Iraq second in the work behind Saudi Arabia, EIA estimates that up to 90-percent of the county remains unexplored due to years of wars and sanctions” [1]. The current stagflation the U.S. is experiencing is rooted in the oil shortages and energy shortcomings – continued troop presence is paramount to obtaining and using these resources effectively and preventing U.S. stagflation.
