The Foreign Minister of Israel, Avigdor Lieberman, said in 2009: “A return to the pre-1967 lines, with a Palestinian state in Judea and Samaria, would bring the conflict into Israel’s borders. Establishing a Palestinian state will not bring an end to the conflict.”[1]
